Yes. As part of our consulting services, we assist with deal sourcing guidance and evaluation. Brokerage representation requires a separate written agreement.

Do you offer packages?

Yes. Packages are available and discussed during the Initial Consultation based on your goals, readiness, and investment strategy.

Is the consultation fee refundable?

No. The consultation fee is non-refundable and covers professional time, preparation, and strategic guidance.

Can consulting fees apply toward future services?

In some cases, the consultation fee may be credited toward a future consulting package. This is discussed during your session and is not guaranteed.

Is Consulting the same as real estate brokerage?

No. Consulting services are separate from real estate brokerage services. Brokerage representation requires a separate Buyer or Seller Broker Agreement.
